Information for Presenters & Participant
Oral session
- Presentations last 15 minutes, including Q&A.
- PCs are provided at the venue. Please bring MS Power Point or PDF files in USB memory stick. Please check the slide projection in advance during break time. If you use your own PC, please make sure to check the connection.
Poster session
- W900 mm x H2100 mm display space will be provided. The organizer will prepare the tape for posting.
- Posters will be posted in the designated space starting at 11:00.
- The discussion will last approximately 90 minutes (14:40-16:20).
Registration Desk
- Aug. 8 (Fri.) Participants from China: at Toyoko Inn Kanazawa Kenrouen Korimbo (Hotel) lobby, 14:00-17:00. Participants from Japan and other countries: at Kanazawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Conference Venue), 14:00-16:30.
